1. Returns & Refunds

2. Product Damage During Delivery

We take reasonable care to package products securely before dispatch. However, products may occasionally be subject to handling or transportation-related damage during delivery.Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged:
– Inform the delivery personnel immediately.
– Where possible, refuse delivery of a severely damaged package.
– Take clear photographs and/or video of the package and product before and during opening.
– Keep the original packaging and shipping labels.
– Contact DR Kitchen Equipments as soon as possible with the order number and supporting photographs/videos.
Any claim relating to transit damage will be reviewed based on the available evidence and the circumstances of the shipment. Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the relevant logistics or courier partner to resolve the matter. Customers should not discard damaged packaging or products before the matter has been reviewed by us.

3. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not already entered processing, production, customization, or dispatch. Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.

Certain commercial kitchen equipment may be manufactured, configured, customized, or prepared specifically according to customer requirements. Orders involving customized or specially configured products may be subject to additional terms communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
