DR Kitchen Equipments supplies commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels, canteens, catering businesses, institutions and other commercial applications.

Because our products can vary significantly in size, weight, quantity and configuration, shipping and delivery arrangements may differ from one order to another.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within India only.
Orders from outside India are not accepted at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time may vary for certain products, customized orders, or orders requiring additional confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders within India is generally: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. The delivery estimate is indicative and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on selected products. Where free shipping applies, no additional shipping charge will be added to the order.
• For products where free shipping is not applicable, shipping charges may vary depending on the product, quantity, delivery location, and transportation requirements. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated separately where required.
• For large, heavy, customized, or bulk orders, shipping and transportation charges may be quoted separately based on the order and delivery location.
• Customers may contact us before placing an order if they require clarification regarding applicable shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided to you by email, where tracking is available.
• You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment with the respective delivery partner.

6. Delivery Partners

We may use trusted Indian courier and logistics providers, including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and other suitable delivery partners, depending on the product, destination, availability, and shipping requirements.
The delivery partner may vary from order to order.

7. Packaging and Delivery Inspection

Products are carefully packed to help minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, please notify the delivery partner immediately and contact us as soon as possible with appropriate photographs and/or videos of the package and product.

8. Delivery Delays or Issues

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

– Customer unavailability after reasonable delivery attempts,
additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply. If an order remains undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned to us, subject to the applicable terms.
